The bike has very appealing features but the customer service is hopelessly disappointing. I asked to remove the 20% VAT as I am outside the EU and didn't show any interest in fixing the issue. They also constantly increase the price of the bike.I'll get a folding bike from people that actually take seriously their customers and don't try to rip them off.

Bike ordered ten months ago. Supply chain issues constantly quoted as reasons for non delivery. Last two emails and phone call not answered. Legal recourse now an option. Avoid.
