I had ear wax removed and from the moment I walked in the door the service was so attentive and friendly. The receptionist was very welcoming and when I was treated it was with the upmost care and professionalism and he went above and beyond in his treatment of me. Organised a last minute, on the day appointment today for ear wax removal. Very friendly team, made me feel at ease immediately and the treatment was completed quickly and without any discomfort whatsoever. Would thoroughly recommend.

I was able to get an appointment within a couple of hours to have wax removed from one ear which had been driving me mad. They were so lovely - very friendly when I went in & the procedure was carried out professionally with each step being explained carefully.Wonderful service!

I can highly recommend Bramhall Hearing. My ears were treated there recently and I hadn’t realised how badly blocked they were. The receptionist was really helpful and friendly and the Audiologist was also excellent and has restored my hearing with a suction technique. The procedure was painless and very effective. Came here to have my wax removed via microsuction. Didn’t end up doing this as there wasn’t much wax anyway. However, super friendly service and they went out of their way to ensure my ears were in top notch health. Thanks guys

These guys are the business. Don't think twice. You won't regret it.Easy to find, parked up the road (2 minute walk).The entrance is light and airy, and the receptionist is lovely.The audiologist is extremely friendly and more importantly, he knows his stuff. I say this because the assessment was very in-depth and personalised, it was really a shock to the system when compared with the big dogs that you pay even more money to, but for very little support and aftercare. The experience here is positively different.The audiologist here really helped me to command what I needed from the hearing aids based on my hearing loss - it is different for everyone. Crucially, he takes his time to ensure that you understand your hearing loss, so that you can make the right decision for the sound, clarity and comfort you're after.There are no pushy sales tactics or marketing garble; everything is in place to put you at ease for typically daunting hearing tests and hearing aids being expensive in general. I found their pricing to be seriously competitive however, so I'll never use Specsavers' again, or even any of the other independents' that I've tried in the past 20 years for that matter.

Lovely guy and very pleasant receptionist. I was booked in for a blocked ear at tea time but was passing earlier so phoned up and they managed to accommodate me straight away. 15 mins later, my hearing was back to normal and the whole process was pain free. Definitely my go-to audiologist for me and my family from now on.

Called for an appointment and got an appointment the same day. Really good service. Receptionist was extremely helpful and audiologist was professional and gave good advice. Modern , bright and comfortable and definitely recommend.
