I contacted Ray to investigate a possible asbestos sample in my home. Ray was courteous and reassuring during the visit regarding the realities of the risks involved. He was able to provide accurate information and context and gave me full advice on how the process would go from here. The results were sent to me later that day which enabled me to continue the work knowing my family were safe.Following Ray's visit I have a lot more information about what to look out for and how to deal with possible asbestos presence. Fast and professional. Ray attended site within 24 hours of our enquiry. He was friendly and knowledgeable. Problem areas were identified quickly and test results and a full report were delivered within a few days. Asbestos was discovered but was removed and made safe within a week of our first contact. If I could give this business a ten star review it wouldn't be enough. I was in a total panic as I has been told by two roofers that they couldn't complete a simple repair on my chimney as my roof was almost certainly asbestos and that it would cost in the region of £55k to replace. I contacted Ray after reading the excellent reviews and he arranged to take a sample early the next day. Less than 24 hours after first contact I had the results back. This company is the gold standard for others to work towards. Responses are prompt, appointments are kept and Ray is very evidently extremely experienced and knowledgable. As a woman, I often sadly have the experience of being patronised or spoken over by tradesman. In this instance I was treated with respect and dignity; Ray is a true gentleman. I have no hesitation in highly recommending this company. Thankfully the results were negative and I can now move forward with repairing my chimney.
