After arriving, the staffs picked us up at the airport. We received the car after 10 minutes. HBC Rentals staffs were very polite and helpful. The service was really cool. We definitely use again next time. Thanks!

If I could give these people No stars, I would. They are the BIGGEST SCAMMERS I have ever dealt with. Their customer service is crap, they never answer their emails and they know how to steal your money. I have been waiting for 3 months for my deposit back and I have yet to see a dime of it. I spent 5 hours waiting for a car that was not as described in their little box that they call an office". The management clearly doesn't have any form of respect for their customers. It's really appalling. I would not give these people your card information. Find a better

I and my wife had a very memorable traval to London. We rented a Cadillac from HBC Rentals, it seemed nearly new, my wife said whoa" when she first saw the car. We spent 2 weeks there. 5 stars for HBC Rentals!"

I was over thrilled to find that I was able to rent a car at the age of 20 and booked my first rental (smart car convertible).when I turned up on the day to collect my car I was told that the car I booked was booked out the night before and that I would have to have something different..I ended up with a (Chevrolet matiz) which in my eyes is a tin can and very not cool- they offered me a better car but I would have had to pay more money even thoe they gave my a gift voucher worth 100 pounds for there company which I could nit use.After having that all sorted out and I drove away in the tin can with the petrol in the reserve, lucky there is a petrol station at the end of the road otherwise I would have been stuck.(nice to know in advance if you need to put petrol in the car as its on reserve)I felt that the car was not really looked after 100% and had damages which I pointed out but was told that its ok. (wiper blade wear and tear) Reading through the smaller print I found out that you are responsible to fill the car up with oil ,brake fluid, everything in the maintenance category in terms of engine you basically have to make sure the car is road worthy. that is there job as owners of the vehicle.Last but not least the £300 deposit that you have to pay does not get returned until 28 working days after your agreement has finished. I found that out just before I signed the agreement.started of happy and after everything left disappointed!!!!!!!The customer service was great and they were polite only things hat are positive really.

A very good experience, right from the start of booking any alterations required to the schedule were very easily handled. The car we got was a good one, had ran only 5000 miles and was in very good condition and had lot of space for two with a lot of luggage. We felt quite attached to the car and felt sad while returning it. Overall experience was excellent and are glad to have used HBC Rentals

Everything went very smoothly and quickly. The car was fairly new clean and tidy. Easy experience on return also. No surprise charges everything was as we expected. Very content with the whole process. Vote for HBC Rentals!

Very Impressive service provided by the staff of HBC Rentals. I booked the car through online and relied upon them for the vehicle. I was totally satisfied for there selection, the vehicle was the correct size, very clean and with a full tank. One more thing they are highly competitive and reasonable in the rate. I will certainly use their services during my next visit.

I've rented a Merc/BMW mid range from HBC Rentals for a week or so on . Everyone was helpful and everything was clear. Quick collection A tip:- if you understand computers, book in advance on the hbcrentals website. I've always got far cheaper rates that way
