Never ever ever too much trouble. I had my entire computer built by Microton. I told them what I wanted to do (I wanted a high-performing gaming computer that would run most, if not all games easily). They quoted me a fair price and explained how each component would work in turn with each other. By chance, the PSU was faulty, I took it back to them and they changed it the same day ready for pickup, at no extra charge.2 years on roughly, the PSU needed to be upgraded, and they quoted me yet another fair price and took it back and forth for testing as it didn't feel right. They set up my computer in their shop and left me with it for 20 minutes to do my own stress testing and were there to support and answer any questions I had throughout.A very fair priced, very knowledgeable company, that know not just about tech, but customer service.Will always be my go-to shop for PC goods. 10/10

Friendly and accomodating upon arrival. My Windows 7 lap top has had it's internal hard drive replaced. Thought I may have to reinstall iTunes but everything's all singing and all dancing. All for a reasonable price. Thank you for your speed and efficiency.

after having our various computers repaired by them over the years, they helped us get a new computer customised to our needs and moved all our information over from our old computers to our new one. Very friendly service and helped with the aftercare when we got home

I have used Microton as my 'one stop' computer shop for over 5 years now. They can source and product and provide it at cheaper prices than i see online. The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable and always fix any issues i have had in a timely and professional manner.PC problems can be stressful if you don't understand what has happened. I've always had first class service from Microton, they are very thorough and the advice they give me is always spot on. All the staff are polite and friendly and know what they are talking about. I've used them now for 6 years in my old company and will continue to use them in my new company. Their custom built PCs are fantastic too.

Dropped my PC to 3 components on a Friday at 3pm. There estimated time is Monday afternoon. Do not let this deter you from the store they have great service and the outcome is wonderful. I feel I was low priority as I did not purchase the parts from there store.
