Your Local Plumber

We have used ben for many years now and i would highly recommend him. He recently fitted out my new dream bathroom and everyone comments on how good it is.

We have used the services of Ben and his team on a number of occasions, and their work has always been top class. We first used them for a couple of unrelated small projects, installing a gas hob and a sink unit. We were so impressed by their work, their punctuality and their general professional (but friendly) attitude that we then took out a central heating maintenance contract with them. The initial service carried out under this contract was the most comprehensive that we could imagine. The boiler was almost completely taken apart and the parts laid on the garage floor for examination! (and! all then put back together)!

Have you ever been disappointed that after searching and searching you eventually find a plumber that you feel immediately confident in and then find you cant wait! Well we found Ben, he totally understood the problem and we were more than happy to wait however in the end the job became urgent and we had no choice but to call in basically the first plumber that could fit us in.Fortunately, things are hopefully going to turn out but we still have Ben's number...How the hell can you get a 5* review without him even picking up a hammer? Just call him and before you say anything, he's not my son!

I would highly recommend Ben Laud & his Company. I unfortunately in the past have had bad experiences with Plumbers however I am extremely happy to say & pleased that at long last I have met someone I can trust. This was the first time I had used Ben & his Company 'Your Local Plumber'. Approximately a week ago Ben & his colleague Lewis carried out some work on my boiler together with a leak. Both Ben & Lewis were personable, absolute professionals, efficient, & their work was first class. Ben was also fair when it came to costing the job. It is for that reason that I would highly recommend this Company & I certainly would not use anyone else.

We have used this company many times and have always been pleased with their service. This time they did a complete refurbishment of our bathroom and are delighted with the results. We found that both Ben and Lewis were completely professional, polite, organised and skillful. We feel that whoever we deal with from this company the work will always be of an exceptionally high standard. They were always punctual and consulted us on our preferences at every stage. They were always pleasant to have around and we feel that they gave really good value. We were most impressed and would recommend them to anyone.

Ben is a first class plumber. He had to attend to a heating/water problem several times, not through his own doing, but solved it eventually, and always with a smile!I was expecting a big bill for his trouble but he only charged for the parts and initial labour. That is what I call an honest decent tradesman.

An excellent job from a very reliable firm. We have used Ben for many years and have recommended him to all our friends. This time we had a bath replaced and re tiled it was done quickly with the minimum of mess and another first rate job. A big thanks to Lewis who did a fantastic job of the tiling and finished off the bathroom - a really excellent workman.

I have used Ben a number of times now from installing some new radiators, and updating my central heating system to fitting a new shower pump and fixing a leaky tap for us, he's very knowledgable and nothing is too much trouble, can highly recommend his services.
