I had all my windows and new door fitted from this company and can hand on heart say that they were amazing from day one . The windows are great quality with lovely quality finishings, The fitters friendly clean and excellent joiners who didnt disturbance any decor within the house. The company are quick in responding to any queries and resolve any minor issues should they occur quickly.. I have no hesitation in recommending them... Thankyou.

We had s few hiccups at the beginning but when it was sorted the guy did a fantastic job with the windows, Craig came an inspected them and we were all happy. So 4 months later and after many phone calls, text messages and emails sent (none ever answered), still no receipt or guarantee, which is a shame as I would of given them a 5 star review.

Although Planning was slow - once through Craig and his team worked hard and were friendly and helpful. Could not fault them - they even tidied up behind them. I have wanted this extension since I moved into this house and am delighted we chose Craig and his team to provide this for us. Top product and excellent service thanks guys !

Just had Kingdom Windows take out an old door and replace it with a picture window and an internal box seat cum blanket box. We have to say they did a great job! The window looks great and the quality of the joinery for the box seat is superb. The guys who came were very friendly and just went about their jobs very professionally. They also took away all the rubbish. Best of all though, their quote was the best we had received. Recommend them very highly........Rob n Mary, Aberdour.

Great service at the time, 3 yrs later my window not been toughened and has broken seal. Cant get a hold of anyone so presume they are bust! Left with a floor to ceiling window my grandkids can't go near in case it shatters.

This company is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Lies from start to finish.I ordered a bathroom window from them and was promised by Ron (the salesman) it would be in place before my new bathroom was installed.Not the case they wanted to put it in right in the middle of my bathroom installation. My new bathroom came to a halt to allow them to put the window in, took about 10 mins at the most and the joiner left and said he would be back to finish it at a later date. I go upstairs to check it and I see a beautiful view over the Forth, wait a minute, I should not be able to see through a bathroom window, they installed a window with clear glass.When I called them they said they didn't notice. REALLY!!!!!! Ordered new glass and I told them they could not change it until my bathroom was completed, but they arrive the next day with the glass,I refused to stop my bathroom installation again and told them to come back Friday. I then get a telephone call asking me why they cannot change the glass, I said I had already explained this and was told if I did not allow it to happen on that day I would have to wait 2 weeks as all the workforce were going to be working away. I said if that was the case I would wait. Low and behold the next night Andy(the joiner) arrives with the new glass and installs it. It then takes a few other visits for the window to be finished. The morning after installation was completed, Craig (the owner) is asking for payment straight away.I pay and he says that the receipt and guarantee will be sent out.The handle on the window does not close properly but was told it would ease off, then the window would not close, it had dropped. Andy, the joiner arrives and says that he has to get the window open fully to repair it and could not open it because my new tap was stopping it. I needed to get a shorter tap, I order that and have it installed Andy comes back and then says he needs another man to be able to sort the window. The following day John( joiner) arrives and fixes the window without opening it at all-I now think did I need to spend all that money on a new tap?A few days later we get bad weather, we now have a leaking window, back comes Andy put on a new handle and does something to the seal and it seems to be ok now. In all a new bathroom window took about 10 weeks to get it right.Craig (the owner) rarely answers the telephone, sometimes answers a text and talks the talk but does not deliver. On several occasions told that someone would be down after 5pm but never arrived.I had strips of plastic left lying in my drive because they were the wrong size and foam all over my back patio. Told that joiner had been paid off and then he arrives at my door, should I have let him in? I did not know what was going on.One joiner blaming the other, other joiner blaming the owner, total mayhem.I know this is a long review, and this is condensed but I cannot believe that a business run like this is still solvent. I do not understand how they have such good reviews. If it was possible to rate 0/5 I would have done it.By the way still waiting for my receipt and guarantee.

STAY AWAY - Those leaving bad reviews are not lying, and for Craig the Director to leave illiterate comments condemning these shows the nature of the business he proposes to run. Which, by the way, if you go onto Companies House it shows that he is late in submitting his finances to them, so is potentially away to get shut down.My partner and I contracted Kingdom Windows to fit a new bathroom in Autumn 2017, in preparation for our daughter being born. We were initially told by Ron, the sales person, that the company only used their own plumbers, electricians etc. This soon turned out to be a lie. We were also told the job would only take 3/4 days. It took 2 weeks, leaving myself heavily pregnant without any bathing facilities. We had to end up staying with parents.The job wasn't even 100% complete and I received a threatening phone call from Craig telling me if I didn't transfer the full amount due that day, he'd start adding 'late payment' fees onto the bill. Nowhere in the contract was this ever mentioned!We had, and are still having nothing but problems with our bathroom. We had a massive leak into our kitchen because the bath wasn't installed properly and water was leaking underneath it. Our bathscreen was never fitted properly and water constantly leaks through gaps and onto our bathroom floor.We were told time and time again that someone would be out to fix it. Someone did once appear, but looked as if it was just a pal of Craig's who had no idea what he was doing. He tried to fix our bath, but ended up just trying to hold it up with sticks and expanding foam (I kid you not!!!).Craig told us someone would be around on Christmas Eve 2017 (just 2 weeks after my daughter was born). We sat in all day, with no one appearing. He then stopped taking any of our phone calls.We have subsequently had to pay another company to fix the botched work by Craig and his team.Stay away and do not give this company your money. Awful service by people who do not know what they're doing.

STAY AWAY. Craig, the owner, has nothing but contempt for customers. Had windows fitted January this year, now July & his last broken promise was Tuesday past he’d be past with the new handle to replace the broken one his joiners fitted with a broken key stuck in it. Also a broken window vent. We have sat in 8 days waiting on his joiners that never show or call to explain. The following is txts had with him from April earlier communications was via telephone.26/4 With reference to my telephone call yesterday, where you promised to call back, so far we have received no further communication from you, your telephone is ringing out with no one answering.Please confirm what time someone from kingdom windows will be here to complete the repairs, outstanding since January 2018, on Friday 27th April 2018 as advised by Hayley yesterday.hi mrs quate1/5 would anyone be available tomorrow to install the correct window handleYes, morning or afternoon? There’s also the bathroom vent to be done.2/5 With reference to your message asking if we would be in today for the window handle to be replaced and my response to you, please let us know what time to expect your joiners today. True to form, another no show. Makes you question who has given him his 5* ratings, there should be a minus 5* available as that’s what he’d get from us. Had the brass neck to say he’d done a good job. Totally delusional.29/11 STILL WAITING ON THE BATHROOM VENT REPLACEMENT.
