Let Alliance

I phoned up let alliance today to get a quote about landlord insurance and buildings insurance. I was greeted by one of their staff members, her name is Laura.She was excellent and very helpful with everything I needed and also helped out with things I wasn’t 100% sure about.We lost phone signal and she called back straight away, some company’s don’t and you have to go through everything again from the start but not with Laura or let alliance they and her were class.Every thing I needed was sorted out very quickly and clearly.I will definitely be using let alliance and Laura or any of their staff members again and they were top class.

Spoke to a lovely man named Scott hodgson, was so helpful and made the process very easy and straight forward. Listened and gave advice on all the information I gave him to give us a package best suited for us.Very good customer service.Thank you!

Let Alliance sorted my referencing checks for my new property in less than 48 hours, and everything was really straightforward. They then contacted me a few days later about insurance, and I spoke to a lovely guy called Joseph Stokes who was completely honest and transparent, and gave me as much information as he could to help me make an informed decision. Very helpful!

Really good experience with Let Alliance, they processed my application end to end in 24 hours, and got back to the estate agents. I needed some help and got through on the phone fast. Michael Hukin helped me with queries on the phone, super friendly and went out of his way to help me progress the application. Really impressed with the service, and with Michael in particular!

Had a great experience getting my internet set up, especially as my account information was probably much more difficult than most as I'm in the process of moving from the US to the UK for the first time, and in the middle of the holidays. Shout out to Joe Davis, homie needs a pay raise for real. Likely the longest call of his life but we had fun with it and he had an amazing attitude. I think I owe him about 5 drinks for how helpful he was.

Excellent service, no pressure, no pestering, very simple straightforward connection and contact. Explained what was being offered and how it could be done. Listened to me and valued my comments. Recently set up renters and contents insurance with Let Alliance, started online but needed a bit of clarity on the phone. Barely waited for the line to pick up and then was assisted by Rhys Cooper who walked me through the policy explaining certain aspects and mostly reassurance about zero added costs for changing details or property down the line. Was also given 10% discount as part of the service over the phone. Great service all round and happy with the price. Would recommend to others.
