Tiggo Care

Tiggo have been visiting my 95-year-old mum twice-weekly since May this year and it's been working really well. Her main carer, Maria, is very friendly, hardworking and punctual - and even finds the time to sit down for a cup of tea and a chat with my mum after making sure the house is nice and clean and tidy.

Tiggo care is an exceptional company. As a lady of color I’ve experienced terrible working conditions but the employers in Tiggo care treat their workers very well, make sure it’s a friendly and safe space. Employees are just as special to them as their clients. They’re very understandable and forward thinkers. Always considering the opinions of their workers, making sure they’re healthy and secure. I’m truly awed by the experience with working with them.

Tiggo care were very friendly and helpful on first contact, and are super flexible about hours and what needs doing.we are very happy with the care that my husband is recieving.

I had a procedure done at CADOGAN that required a chaperone post op. Since I come from overseas and decided to book a hotel, I needed a professional to meet me and bring me to the hotel. Tiggo Care came to the rescue. I received fast communication, process was smooth and the nurse who collected was a calm soul. I highly recommend!

My recent experience with Tiggo Care was excellent. I contacted Tiggo Care as I needed to arrange post-operative care to collect and escort me home after surgery under general anaesthesia. Chris was very quick and professional at responding to my online request and I quickly felt reassured that Tiggo Care offered exactly the services I required.Sonia who was my care assistant on the day was excellent. She arrived at the location on time and overall made me feel at ease.I am really pleased I found Tiggo Care. Sade, my carer, was very kind, comforting, and respectful, and provided me all the support I needed, while in my home.
