Efendi Dry Cleaners And Tailors - Brentwood

They did a terrible job of cleaning a wedding dress I bought second-hand. I only realised 6 weeks before my wedding that several stains were visible in bright sunlight after being cleaned by them (one example attached). They advised it would cost £80 to transport the dress to/from their store from central London (N7) but that the stains were likely not treatable and it would be a waste of time and money. Apparently wedding dresses are only designed to be worn once - what a bizarre opinion from a professional dry cleaner?! After much anxiety I sent it off to a specialist dry cleaner based in Southampton (Boxed Bridal - see my other review) for £12 each way and they cleaned it so well it looked brand new.

I would absolutely recommend E Fendi Dry Cleaners. I took a coat in for cleaning and gave a day I wanted to collect because I wanted the coat for my daughter’s wedding. I went in to collect the coat on the appointed day but it wasn’t ready. The woman serving me was very pleasant when I explained my dilemma that the wedding was the next day. She asked if I would be home that evening and that the owner would deliver it to me. The gentleman who delivered my coat was absolutely lovely any my coat looked as good as new and he wished me all the best for the wedding. All I can say is a great big thank you. You have gone above and beyond and it is really appreciated.

Been a customer for over twenty years.The care they take over your clothes ais more akin to an upmarket tailor than a local drycleaners. The finishing is top notch with the little touches adding to the immaculate service.The owners, always with a ready smile, reassure you that your special pieces will be in good hands.They also provide an alteration service which is equally impressive.

I bought a Zara jacket from Oxfam that had a minor defect with 50% discount from Efendi. I went to Efendi and the lady sorted it in less than 5 minutes and then said it was nothing so didn’t charge me so I was extremely happy to have my jacked good as new and really got s bargain.
