Such a amazing team work efficiently and thoughtfully!Elysia helps us let our property within couple hours in last tenancy! We met some challenges in this tenancy, but Elysia and Taylah quickly moved things and get all things done satisfied! They always respond to my email and call promptly with professional and useful advice. Maisie Higginbotham and Emily Ward have also been super helpful throughout the process of marketing my property. I have been kept up to date throughout and had a quick sale due to the booking of viewings by the team.

Have just let our property with Crystal peaks Blundells. The staff were very friendly, efficient and knowledgable. The whole process from start to finish has been a breeze and they have found us a wonderful tenant within a week of advertising. Nothing was too much trouble and we look forward to continuing our business with them now also managing the property. Would highly recommend this wonderful team and agents.

Going through Blundells has been a great experience for finding a new place to rent.Taylah Ripley from the Crystal Peaks branch was very helpful with any questions and liaised with the landlord with prompt correspondence. We received all relevant information and were send a link to a great online home move assistant service to help set up all the bills! I would thoroughly recommend Blundells based on my experience, they even gave a great little “home move box” with lots of vouchers and little freebies. (Never had this from any other estate agents before!)

After having had my house flooded from top to bottom, I needed to find some rented accommodation at very short notice. The team at Blundells were absolutely superb from start to finish, Becky, Meg and especially Taylah and Elysia were all so understanding and helpful and managed to find me a wonderful property to rent, I even received a moving in box with useful gifts. I would thoroughly recommend the team at Blundells. Best in the business.

Don’t do this often but thought this was well worth the review. William and Elissa were simply fantastic to interact with.I was half hour late and despite being last hour of a Friday and in to the evening, both of them were keen on helping me understanding the processes and allowed me to view the house.Elissa worked with me up until 18:45 to reassure me and inform in detail the process of build my first house.Thank you guys!
