We went to get my daughter some shoes for school. As my daughter can be very picky we thought it could be a problem, but the staff were fantastic! It was quite busy in store but they still gave us 110% of their attention and listened to my daughter, her concerns and found a pair of shoes that fitted her. About 10 pairs of shoes we're tried on! They offered 20% off adult shoes and gave the same level of attention to us as parents. Unfortunately there weren't any adult shoes that we wanted but we will definitely be back! The customer service was superb! A refreshing change to feel valued as a customer.

Lovely staff member (Carla) sorted us out quickly and measured my daughters feet and explained everything in detail. She helped us choose school shoes and trainers as well. I would highly recommend her! The store was really busy due to back to school preparations but I was well looked after. You do need to get a ticket when it's busy but I didn't feel I was waiting long or that I was rushed into a decision. Great!

Got our daughters first pair of shoes today! Really friendly and helpful staff member to help us. Lovely range of shoes! Great service. Only complaint is they no longer do a photo for babies first shoes which is a shame
