Obsessively Clean Limited

We worked with Obsessively Clean for over 3 months and would highly recommend avoiding their services at all costs.Our experience is that they were unprofessional, appalling at communicating, did not take responsibility for the work that their company carried out incorrectly & were very disorganised. In addition they completely disregarded their own contract giving us 0 days notice (as opposed to the 3 months required) when they realised they had underquoted us & could not provide the high level of clean that was expected (& clearly communicated prior to the quote) of a luxury glampsite. This left us at the beginning of the school summer holidays with no cleaning support.A more professional option would have been to admit to their mistake & ask if the quote could be renegotiated as it was apparent that their team were not being given enough time to even clean the bins, properly check the kitchens or thoroughly sweep the floor, which was leading to many complaints & me having to spent up to an hour and a half cleaning after they had left.We initially contacted them in March with the plan that they would begin work on our holiday let changeovers for Easter however after multiple times chasing them they finally began working for us at the end of May leaving us to cover this period. I wish I had taken this as a sign that it was going to be so stressful to work with them.They insisted on taking on the laundry for our property as well as the cleaning and we were returned crumpled fitted sheets, damp sheets wrapped in plastic, towels that were bleached & stained items amongst the items to be used for our guests (we only discovered the large stains when preparing accommodation). The laundry issues were on numerous occasions & I quickly dreaded having the clean laundry returned.We were promised so many things & were so hopeful by their business name but were massively let down.

I have a double quilt that’s very dirty, and now it’s amazing clean, I will 100% recommend and definitely using again, very friendly and professional team.

Engaged the services of this company only to be let down at the final hour leaving me in a lot of trouble. Communication was appalling and had to repeatedly chase for any form of response. Failed to turn up at first arranged meeting, tried to give the benefit of the doubt for various reasons but now whish I hadn't bothered.

These guys were amazing. With a slightly strange request to go in to the property beforehand and “dress” the summer house in preparation for a wedding proposal. They exceeded any expectation, going above and beyond, the the room was decorated beautifully. Aimee, Maria and Stuart thank you for making our day so special.

Stuart and his team were excellent all round. Great communication with arrangements and follow up photos. Wonderfully sparkling result. We will definitely use them again.

Very well organised and efficient cleaning company, we are very happy with their service.

I had set Stuart a challenge with a particularly neglected and dirty cooker and he did a fantastic job both cleaning it and replacing a bulb. Thank you so much.
