Susie's interview coaching was a massive help when preparing for my substantive consultant interview. She had great insight into medical interviews and excellent practical advice. I would have been very nervous but she really helped boost my confidence going in. (got the job!)

I had a number of coaching sessions with Susie during a period where both my leadership role, and the company I was working for, were undergoing a period of significant and continuous change. Coaching was a great way to work with an expert who challenged, supported, and inspired me: enabling me to lead from a place of abundance and confidence, whilst considering my longer-term career ambitions. Susie's coaching was openhearted, thoughtful, and constructive.

Susie’s help was truly fantastic. From the very beginning she asked all the correct questions and had all the answers and suggestions I was looking for. She had an amazing understanding of what I did and did not want out of a job even when I didn’t! She has a truly great positive energy and her creative, but practical ideas for my future were so helpful. Her guidance and advice with my CV and pinpointing my strengths were invaluable. She absolutely gave me the confidence and direction I needed!

I spoke to Susie about a possible next stage of my career and she quickly made useful recommendations about what I could do to help clarify my thinking and planning, along with specific actions to take. She was an attentive listener and was able to quickly intuit my interests and values. She was also generous in sharing her ideas. I was a bit nervous before the session but she immediately put me at ease and the experience was enjoyable as well as useful. I’ve now got lots of great ideas to follow up. I loved Susie’s fresh perspective and positive but pragmatic attitude. I plan to book another session in a few months’ time and would highly recommend her to anyone seeking career advice or coaching, at any stage of life.

I moved from Spain to Scotland and contacted Susie for guidance on basically how to get a job in the UK. Susie showed me everything from CV creation through to detailed interview practice sessions. I would not have been successful without her. I got a job with the company I wanted to work for and have been with them for two years. I am now entering the Management trainee process as Susie encouraged me to achieve my potential.
