Jan was a true professional in rebuilding and renovating our sandstone wall. He is incredibly skilled in his trade, he listened to what we wanted and thought ahead about how the wall would integrate with our driveway when it is laid. Jan Gibson is the consummate professional. He is not satisfied until everything is right, and he has achieved as close as possible to perfection.The project I engaged him for was not building walls, but dismantling and rebuilding part of my rockery as part of a water feature.He was very good at cleaning up afterwards.He is also not satisfied until his customer is entirely happy with his work.Highly recommended !

Jan recently rebuilt the end of our front garden wall to a very high standard. Historically, the wall had been made shorter and had been left very uneven. Now, however, it has a smart, straight finish, and blends in well with the original stonework. A real transformation!Jan communicated promptly and politely before and throughout the work, and is clearly passionate about doing a top quality job.

Jan repointed our sandstone wall, he was friendly and professional. The quality of his work is great and it's now been a couple of months and looks as good as the day he finished it. I'd happily recommend him if you're looking for a stonemason.
