Great staff.. just dropped the wife's wedding dress off for a dry clean

Took jacket in for dry cleaning and was returned with marks on it. I took it back and they cleaned it a second time. It took 5½weeks to get the jacket back and I had missed the event i needed it for. Shocking service, i won't be coming back here

Brilliant service - friendly, flexible, efficient and affordable. What more can you want? Plus they give you time to do much nicer things. Give them a call.

If i could give less than 1 star i would. Do not take anything delicate to this place!! I was recommended this place to dry clean my wedding dress worth over £3000 and of huge sentimental value.They have irreversibly ruined my dress by creating a new stain on the bust that was not there when taken in. I had to draw attention to it on collection rather than being told about it. They tried to blame it on a smoke bomb mark (which i obviously knew about when i took it in) but a green smoke bomb mark does not make a new brown stain in a separate location on the dress.They were immediately defensive in questioning this. Broke their side of the contract by continuing to clean my dress a second time without calling me about this new stain. And have tried to blame it on the smoke bomb/or ‘invisible stains embedded in the fabric’ when it clearly is a mark that was not there when i took it in and not a spread of any other stain. I am also certain nothing else was in this part of the dress (no spillages etc)I only had to tell one friend about this bad experience before she told me that this same company had shrunk her boyfriends army officers uniform worth thousands.I would actively discourage anyone from using this company. They clearly do not know how to handle delicate items and don’t follow their own processes and disclaimers. The white bag my dress was kept in (pristine when dropped off) also had splatters all over it which shows they don’t store or care for your products carefully.Also don’t be misled...this is not dry cleaningPlease never take a wedding dress here!

It was my job to get my wife's dress cleaned and I forgot about it for 9 years! It was ruined. It had gone yellow, it had beer, wine and food stains all over it, mould and black dirt all over the bottom. I still cannot believe it but Hayley and Mandy saved the dress, and potentially my marriage! Thank you ladies, I cannot thank you enough x

Excellent laundry service, collected on Wednesday, returned on Friday linen washed and ironed, towels lovely and fluffy . Worth every Penny.Our daughters wedding dress (at the end of 2019 ) was stained and filthy, it now looks like new.Pleased with everything they have done thus far .
