Excellent products and great service

Tom was recommended to me to print my wedding invitations, however we ran into quite a few issues. I used a downloadable customisable template and this caused some sizing issues which I realise wasn't Tom's fault, however I was led to believe that this was workable prior to me paying for the printing. After payment, I was then told that he couldn't resize without losing the quality and that the best option might be to pay further for him to redesign the same invites from scratch. Agreed to this because I just wanted them sorted, as the whole process had been significantly delayed. When we received proofs, unfortunately the quality was very poor and it didn't look much like the original. Did refund the printing costs when asked. Interestingly, I switched to another print shop who printed the invites from the same downloadable template without any issues. I think the service is probably good for business cards but wouldn't recommend for wedding invites.

First I was pestered for payment upfront, I paid £270 for a small amount of sign writing on my car and 2 hoodies. Once payment was made he didn't bother to get in touch after 5 weeks and numerous excuses I said I would pick up the sign writing for the car and get someone else to do it. Tom then agreed when I turned up that he would put the sign writing on the car. When I got home to see it, it wasn't in the center and looks very obvious that it isn't and the writing is so small you can't see it. I went to contact him on Facebook to find out I had been blocked. 5 weeks of waiting and £270 out of pocket. I now need to find someone else to correct it in the mean time I have to drive around with lob sided sign writing!

Very impressed. Quick turnaround and very competitively priced. Will recommend to others. Will use again.
