The staff are always so lovely and caring (towards me and my pets). I have 2 rabbits and the vets and nurses are absolutely amazing with them. Everyone gives great advice

Wonderful service. The vets and staff are so lovely. My retriever gets so nervous, the vet sits on the floor with him and gives him cuddles to make him feel safe. I find all the staff very caring. I drive just that little bit further to come here.

Took my new puppy Nala to the vets to get her 2nd jab. Nala was settled and felt comfortable straight away. All staff were lovely and extremely helpful with advice. So glad we choose this vet.

My dog ruby fell ill over weekend and we waited until vets opened on monday morning (as not open Sunday) to request emergency call out as dog to heavy to carry to car and she was to poorly to walk to car. I was told and I quote not in a million years can I come out today as we are so under staffed and dont know whether I'll even get time to have lunch today. Well my sweet natured dog died from pyometra which is an emergency situation so thank you Apollo vets for letting my dog down.

Absolutely fantastic Veterinary Practice. The whole team are awesome. The vets are incredible and the care our dogs receive is truly second to none. Cannot recommend Apollo Vets at Black Notley highly enough, would never use any other vets. Well done team, keep up the fantastic work you do

Managed to see to my cat so quickly (despite being fully booked) as he had a blocked bladder and my usual vet would not accommodate.Fantastic care from the team and you could tell they genuinely care about their clients and the animals. I would not hesitate in recommending Apollo to anyone.

We've just moved to the area, we were previously spoilt by our last Vet who looked after our four Japanese Akita dogs so well that he soon became our personal friend (especially after saving Foxy's life following a snake bite).Black Notley Vets have managed to somewhat fill this void with the personal service and care we have been way too spoilt to expect. Thank you for looking after our pets and taking the time to explain exactly what your initial diagnosis is, what the options are and providing us with a list of options for us to then decide which route to take forward. That is what we call, excellent customer service.

First time using vets with our new kittens. First of our appointment was push back an hour which we were ok with because there was an emergency. Sadly we ended up waiting over 15 mins for the receptionist to confirm our appointment and then had to wait over half hour in the waiting room to be seen. Even though we were on time for our appointment! When we were seen the vet rushed around made mistakes, put the needle through one of our kittens skin and the injection went all over the fur, tried again and by the end the kitten was bleeding.The vet was NOT friendly towards our pets, made us feel like we were causing an inconvenience to her as she rushed around to get us out as quickly as possible!. Will not be returning after the treatments are completed. Worst experience I have ever had at a vets!!! We be returning to our old vets even if we have to travel over an hour to get there, at least we know our pets will be treated well and so will we.
