Springfield Bed and Breakfast

The proprietor was very kind and helpful. Wifi is super fast. The bedding is sent out for cleaning. The smell.... fish? Idk. Tiny stairs to get to rooms. The room had signs of water damage. The toilet seat is loose. Toilet tissue holder loose. The shower water nearly gave me burns and it was set to the middle mark, then 2 seconds later went ice cold, then 6 seconds later went warm. Can't move around in bathroom, very tiny. Did I mention the smell. Very rough nite of sleep because of the smell. No mention of breakfast, but I wouldn't eat there anyway with the smell. I'm sad to give this description with such a kind proprietor.

A small surprisingly comfortable room, an accommodating place with a good host and a good breakfast. The neighborhood was amazing in it's historical significance. It is right in the middle of thetrouble

It is a simple and cheap place to stay for a couple of nights. It provides all the basic stuff you expect, without any extra luxury, which is fine. The rooms are small, so they are for people who are not staying a lot inside and basically want a place to safely. The host is really friendly and kind. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The only thing which can improve is the soundproofing of the rooms. You can clearly hear all the noise from the outside. The neighbourhood is quiet so any noise are from the other tenants.

Only served wifi & hair dryer.The employee's service is very lovely, but no breakfast as the website said, no shampoo nor body wash nor toothpaste nor toothbrush.You should notice that it only suits for younger people since there's no elevator.

Cozy room, Kevin is great, amazing pub just across the street, what more could you want?

At first glance this place looked terrible, really run down and neglected. The stairs up to the room weren't much better. However, the room was spotless, the beds were great and the bathroom immaculate.

Older building, good for a night or two. Be fit to climb the stairs.Close enough to the city to walk 15-20 mins. Kevin was a delight and helpful.

Owner was very friendly, added a personal touch to the stay that you don’t often get from staying in hotels, his wife was also very friendly and very happy to accommodate during the breakfast. We also had our bed linen made up and room cleaned which we didn’t expect as only were staying for 3 days, very friendly all round and only a short trip from the city centre, would recommend

Great place, great accommodation. Very clean and neat. A very convenient location to the city centre and other places in West Belfast. Safe, secure, location that is actually quiet at night.
