We called Nick from First Plumbing & Heating who came out to fix a leaking pipe following the install of a new rad to exisiting (old) pipework. Nick completely repaired the problem and made good. He checked and balanced all our heating system and stayed until we were satisfied. He talked to us about the issue, what he did to fix it and gave some great advice about our heating, how to distribute heat around the house better. He was very polite, respectful, professional and experienced. We will definately be using him again.

Nick arrived 24 hours after my issue, he was polite, helpful and most importantly reasonably priced.He even told me that my 1 year old boiler hadn't been commissioned and offered to call the responsible plumber. I wouldn't of even known this.I will certainly be sharing his number with friends and family. Thanks mate.

Nicholas responded to my initial enquiry very promptly and assessed the issue concerning our boiler on the same day. Unfortunately it was so old it had to replaced. He quoted a very reasonable price for a new installation. He arrived on time two days later and installed a new boiler for us working in freezing cold conditions. Nicholas worked hard with his assistant all day and left us with a new working system. We found Nicholas to be friendly, polite and dilligent. A thoroughly nice young man. We highly recommend Nicholas and his workmanship.

350 litre tank in loft ready to burst due to Bridling away (old Age) .Call Mr Nick around 12.30 pm explained the situation , he whose at my house with brand new tank at 10am the next day. Clean and well done job but mainly he felt like one of the family. Tank you Nick you a amazing person.
