Still haven’t received my shed which I bought months ago. Original deliver date was confirmed early June. I was then contacted to say it would be late and delivered on the 19th. We worked a holiday around it. While on holiday I was contacted to say the delivery would be brought forward, but we were then away so could not do that. 4th date of 20th July was confirmed. I’ve just been contacted again to have the delivery pushed back to 27th July. 5th delivery date.Very unhappy with KNC customer service. They don’t outsource to a courier company either so there is no movement or negotiation on delivery.Pot luck when you will receive your item. Bad!

Absolutely shocking customer service. Have left one star purely so I could enter a comment however one star is over generous. Appalling customer service. Paid for an installation that never happened purely down to sheer lack of common sense. Overall quality disappointing. Partner ended up building shed himself without instructions or screws which were supposed to be supplied.In reply to your answer, as I stated the order was my partner name not my name

Thanks to the efforts of everyone in the construction team, the construction team of the garden room showed their pursuit of perfection. I really enjoyed this time, watching the team create the finished product on site according to our concept step by step. Everyone was amazed. Definitely deserves a five-star rating. Well done to all

Slight blip on estimated delivery but resolved. Very pleased with 6x4 shed for allotment. Erected in 40 mins with no issues. Friendly an efficient ordering over the phone. Good delivery driver. Good quality shed. Would highly recommend.

Bit of a mix up in delivery time; friendly delivery and installation.Potting shed now had two coats of wood preserve and glass sealed outside and in. Couple of extra floor bearers added to give a firmer feel ( I'm a hefty chap at 130Kgs). All seems OK so far.

I'm so pleased with my potting shed. Arrived when they said it would, I paid for the deliverers to put it up and very pleased that I did. It took them about half an hour and would have taken us a week! It's lovely, very light, good quality and I thoroughly recommend.

Quality pent shed. Great value and free delivery, what more could you ask for! Very helpful team when we were trying to decide on size and model. There was a delay in delivery but this was explained in regular communication so no problem. Erected ourselves in an afternoon and further treated with a light brown treatment. A quality product made to order and pleasant service, very happy!
