Safe to say I have not had a good experience dealing with Yorkshire gaskets. The customer service is appalling I’m sorry to say that they cost me a lot of money by not sticking to their word.

DISGRACEFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. I placed an order of £1300 for rubber matting to be delivered to a venue in Halifax. The day before my event (Saturday) the matting didn’t show up leaving me with no choice but to rip my own gym floor up and use that. There was no one to answer the phones, respond to emails or give an answer as to why they hadn’t shown up until the Monday (2 days later). Their excuse was an error in the date of delivery despite me calling them the week before to confirm and I was told everything was fine and they would be delivered. Cost me £800 to pay a courier to get my own gym floor after their mistake and now over 3 months later I still haven’t received these mats, no compensation for the costs of a courier and now they are ignoring my emails and calls. Very very unprofessional behaviour from Simon Treanor, DO NOT do business with this company. They are an absolute set of cowboys and they don’t deserve to be in business the way they deal with customers. AVOID AVOID AVOID!
