Entourage Extensions

Sarah has been dyeing, cutting and styling my hair for 3 years now and I cannot speak highly enough of her. She has always done such an amazing job and I often get compliments after walking out the salon on how vivid and unusual my colour is. Yesterday I had my bridal hair trial with Sarah and after little guidance; but knowing me very well, she blew me away! What an extremely talented hair dresser she is, I won't ever be going anywhere else to have my hair done. Also, she's the loveliest person you'll ever meet. Thank you Sarah ❤

I really wanted quality hair extensions and I decided to go with entourage in Woolston , I was not disappointed ! I have a friend who recommended me and she has lush hair so I booked , such a friendly salon the time flew by and my hair is absolutely amazing , the consultation and advice which was so honest, My hair colour and cut was lovely which was done and then I was nervous as hair extensions are expensive in general but it’s definitely worth going that bit extra as the service and quality is fantastic, even myKids like my new hair please give this salon a go you won’t be disappointed I am so fussy and normally leave a salon not happy but today im feeling fabulous. Sarah fitted my extensions, my natural hair was shoulder length and quite thick and she gave me gorgeous natural looking hair at 18 inches long! Never will I use clip ins again because my hair looks amazing! Thank you so much!

Great experience at the hair salon yesterday. Even tho my appointment took the entire day, the team was excellent, they worked really hard, but friendly and chatty all at the same time. It made my experience exceptional and I’m in love with my new hair style!

I purchased a pedicure and manicure of off groupon about two weeks ago, and unfortunately never got to use the voucher. I had an appointment booked for last week, and I phoned to double check that the appointment was for 1:30pm, it was 1pm at the point that I called and was already on route, I got told my appointment had been cancelled due to the beautician going off sick. I hadn’t been called to be informed at all so I would of just turned up to be let down, and there was not an apology at all either. So I rebooked for today, I phoned as I thought the appointment was for at 12pm but got told it was for 12:30, I double checked it was that time as I didn’t want a repeat of last time, I arrived at 12:30, only to be told that I will have to book for tomorrow or to wait another 45 mins. I have booked time of work to get my nails done on two occasions now with this salon and due to the unprofessional manner of this salon I have lost time and money. Think it’s the worst salon I have come across in terms of organisation and customer service. So I would avoid if looking to go here.

I absolutely loved my Instaglam Extensions by Entourage Extensions. Sarah fitted the weft hair, which perfectly matched my hair colour. Totally Professional Service and a pleasure to chat with too. Will recommend to anyone. Well done Entourage Extensions 5 Stars from me :)
