Ordered a Makita SP6000 plunge saw because Lawson’s price was the best I could find. Delivered promptly but had a small issue with the saw which I wasn’t even sure was a fault. Mentioned it to Lawson, who immediately organised an uplift followed by a replacement saw. Fantastic service. Would definitely use again!

Won't be using this company again. I ordered an item which proved too be faulty. Contacted them about a return and they said their courier was really busy and could I send the item back myself. This cost me over £11 due to it being tracked and the value of the item. They never refunded my postage even though they said they would. I've given them 2 stars as the price of the item was decent.

Ordered a Helicoil kit which states on their website will be delivered up to 3 days etc. Then get emails saying they are out of stock for nearly a month!After expressing my frustration I requested a refund “which is being processed” but they lack basic customer service as I didn’t receive any form of apology for the inconvenience caused.

!!!!!!DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!Bought an impact driver from this company, on arrival the product was broken. After numerous phone calls and emails with me even offering to buy another one, and then send the original back (as I needed the tool this week) I was told I would have to deal with the manufacturer directly and that they would not even offer me a refund.Steve the ‘manager’ I spoke to on the phone was rude and possibly the most abrupt and unhelpful person I have ever had to deal with.HEED MY WARNING DO NOT BUY!!!!!!ABSOLUTE SCAM!!!

Ordered a Bosch extending pole hedge trimmer c/w battery and charger.Best price online. Super fast delivery. Ordered late Thursday night time.Friday. Received email to say delivery Monday (2 to 3 working days) and tracking number DPD. Arrived Saturday morning! So fast.Good website navigation. Great product. What else could you possibly ask for?

Purchased 3 heaters from this company" which failed 8 months later. completely stopped working. Clearly the warranty they offer with their products are fake as they have done nothing about it and I have been waiting for them to hear back from their suppliers for over 2 months now. bearing in mind the heaters were not used throughout summer

Lawson HIS is an excellent company, their extensive range of items are very reasonably priced, orders usually arrive next day as standard and are always well packed! Customer service is very polite and courteous too. Cannot recommend this company enough!
