Really impressed by the experience, and the personal attention received from Gareth himself.I've experienced the service from various brands over the years, including top-end German brands like Porsche. I can honestly say the experience I received was equal to that I've experienced as a Porsche customer, and far far superior to any mainstream brand.I feel sure any customer doing business with Honda Northampton will be well looked after.

So I’m in Scotland looking to part-exchange my Honda civic for a CR-v . After comparing prices in Scotland and England I moved my search and found 4 companies over 250miles away from Glasgow Two independent and two Honda dealerships.Jack Britten of Listers, knocked them out of the park. With his speed and ease of communications -advice and support and had a deal I could not refuse within an hour whilst the others were still debating the value of my part exchange. I can honestly say that Jack was the opposite of the dealer stereotype and couldn’t have been more professional and ,guess what ? NONE of the dreaded pressure sales tactics. He went above and beyond all my requirements and was a pleasure to deal with. The car was handed to him on a Thursday and he got it through the Honda approved scheme , service and to my door by the following Wednesday. ( Five and half hour drive ) Thanks to the driver too. I am over the moon and really feel that I have a good chance that I have received a excellent car over the long term because I was dealing with a very trustworthy professional outfit .The vehicle arrived in excellent condition ( no photos in the initial ad) . Everyone at Listers Honda Northampton who I also spoke to were brilliant too. I will be getting my next car from Listers . I m sold.

I recently had problem with the tyre pressure gauge on my Honda. I called the garage and they said bring it in at Lunchtime. I called in, left the car and went to the local shops. Within half an hour they telephoned to tell me that they had resolved the problem. When I called to collect the service engineer showed what was going on and how I could control it, spending some time explaining the different methods to do this. I was delighted and collected the car. Thank you so much Honda for making my continuing liking for Honda Jazz to continue. They are an excellent service garage.

Excellent service from Jack and Luke during the whole process of trading in my existing vehicle for a used Hyundai. All my questions were answered promptly and clearly which made the experience very smooth. I was treated politely and with respect - nothing was too much trouble. Even the coffee was great! I can highly recommend buying a car from Listers.

Recently purchased a second hand car from here. Cannot fault them. The car was at another site, they had it moved within a day or two so that I could view it.Not only that they did me a great price, buffed out the scratches, MOT'd and serviced it.All done within 5 days as my own car had been written off.
