Quality of service I think depends on which mechanic you get. Based on most recent 2 visits i wouldn't recommend. Car passed mot with advisory for oil leak. No one told me in person or on phone it had a leak, just noticed on certificate at home. Took car to another garage worrying that engine was damaged, but no, leak was caused by loose oil filter. Service undertaken 4 months earlier at Mckenzies. Coincidence?

Rude, obnoxious and after a five days to fit a water pump we paid over five hundred pounds bill . Two weeks later we received another bill for £114.00 because they had to fit a genuine mercedes part after the pump failed. We will not be using them again.

Mac and staff are fab. Excellent with cars, straight up and honest. And know how to have a good time also, what more could you want? Scott and Mac both wear lovely Christmas jumpers. Seriously though, a great, trustworthy place to go to get your car sorted. X
