Recently brought a Transit Custom from them. Excellent service from start to finish. There was an issue with the van that came to light a day or so later. Something that no one could have detected, so no fault attached to Jamie and his friendly staff. Amazingly helpful response that got the problem solved and kept me on the road. As a jobbing gardener this was a God send. A really good place to go for a van. Thanks.

Bought a van from this company. Paid 5000 and everything was supposed to be done.. head gasket, timing belt, turbo etc.. within a week the head gasket had gone.. when I picked it up after repairing it, it went into limp mode the head gasket hadn't been fixed. My turbo went and then he put a faulty part on it and it ruined my van i then tried contacting him as should have been under warranty but he gave rubbish excuses and then ignored me. I had to £1600 to get the van sorted afterwards to get it running after it already had about 2000pound spent through the warranty.moral of the story. JJ is a blagged. Avoid.

2nd time I’ve bought from Jamie. Has a great selection of vehicles and just find him a decent and personable chap. Very polite and very helpful. Even remembered a story I’d told him 2 years ago when I first bought. Each time the vehicle the has been immaculately presented.Paul

Never use this guy!! Lied about a lot of problems then told me the van would be repaired and it was made a lot worse. He takes your money and doesn't deliver on promises made. Needed a new tyre and they replaced the wheel weight hoping I wouldn't notice. Fixed the driveshaft and left it leaking oil from gearbox. Messaged the guy to be told it wasn't their problem. Promised contact back and nothing. Currently seeking legal advice as advised by trading standards. If I don't hear soon then I will go ahead and take him to court for a full refund on what can only be described as a wreck of a van.

Visited looking for a crew cab medium wheel base van. Staff were very friendly, and obviously proud of their work and how they had looked after the vehicles in stock. They took the time to show me around what they had in that fit the bill. Spoke to the owner Jamie for a while. They didn't quite have what I was after in the end, but if you want a friendly, no pressure experience, go here. Jamie rang me back a few weeks later when he had something else in, top service.

i recently visited jj commercials looking for a replacement van they had a very good selection and good price range for vehicles as with any secondhand vehicle i understand you will have problems from time to time but the sales team here were very under standing with my price range they showed me various models which suited my needs the vehicle i purchased drives excellent and im well pleased with it ive read some of the other reviews and think some of the comments to be unfair if you want a new van you should go to the main dealers the people at jj commercials are really nice people to deal with and i would recommend them to anyone the kettle is always on and jamie is a really nice man to deal with and will do everything to make sure his customers are happy keep up the good work jamie and his team you will definately be my next stop when i need a new van again

DO NOT BUY A VAN FROM THIS BLOKE I HAVE HAD A 2015 TRANSIT OFF HIM 6 WEEKS AGO AND HAD NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS FROM DAY 1 IT NOW NEEDS A WHOLE NEW ENGINE AND HE HAF THE CHEEK TO OFFER £280 AS Z GOOD WILL GESTURE TOWARDS £2800 REPAIR COSTS
