As a first time Mum I was sceptical and anxious that I wouldnt be able to achieve the birthing experience that Clare described, but I was determined to attend the course with an open mind and wanted to find out more.The course itself was fantastic as you are welcomed into Clare's beautiful family home and immediately feel a sense of calm. Clare is absolutely passionate about hypnobirthing and you quickly feel a connection with her that will enable you to absorb all the techniques so you feel confident to continue practicing at home. Her delivery of the course is excellent and you can't fail to be inspired by her enthusiasm, confidence and reassurances that you will be able to achieve the birthing experience you desire. I was so thrilled to have a straightforward, natural birth with soothing music, dimmed lights and calming massages. I thoroughly recommend Clare without hesitation!

Would so so recomend Clare and the course. I was a little hesitent before the course as it wasn’t something I’d researched or knew a lot about I was simply recommended so gave it a go! I couldn’t be more happier that I did. Clare as a teacher is so knowledgeable but relaxed and really makes you feel comfortable and welcome.The relaxation techniques I learnt helped me all the way through pregnancy and the birth. My birth didn’t quite go to plan as it ended in a emergency C section, however the techniques, tools, guidance and support I got from Clare helped me go with what ever turn the birth took.My little girl was born into a calm and relaxed environment and definitely shows in her!

I found Clare through google and attended the HypnoBirthing (Morgan method) programme at her home with two other couples. Clare is very welcoming, knowledgable and easy to listen to. The classes gave us the knowledge of how the female body works in labour and how your body is made for this! We found the course informative and practical with some great relaxation and breathing techniques. What I learned on the course helped me stay calm and relaxed during labour and reaching full dilation at home when the midwives had told me that I wasn't even in labour! I was even able to sleep for several hours. The birthing phase only lasted an hour partly because,throughout this stage I had learned on the HypnoBirthing course to workwith my body's natural expulsive reflex during the birthing phase rather than try to resist it. Our baby, arrived calmly into the world and adjusted and settled so quickly.I would definitely recommend HypnoBirthing the Morgan method to anyone to prepare for labour and birth. I can't imagine a more thorough and passionate teacher than Clare. We had a positive birth and I believe this is down to my HypnoBirthing preparation and the knowledge of and trust that I gained in my body's naturally ability to have a baby! Steven, was a brilliant support because he too understood how best to support and help me due to attending the course with me which he really enjoyed. We want to say a big thank you to Clare for helping us achieve the birth we wanted and giving Jesse the best start in life xxx
