Have used this take out for several years for chinese meals. Never had an issue. Tonight ordered one dish that I have had previously several times, when it arrived it was a different dish. Contacted the restaurant to ask if they could rectify the issue, believing it was a simple error. Person on the phone seemed to imply I was lying claiming they cooked it personally and we had the right order.Won't be eating from here again. Lost a good customer tonight

Probably the best Chinese takeaway I have had in ages, every part of the dish was cooked to perfection, tasted like it was cooked with love and pride, really tasty.

Worst takeaway i ever used ! order king prawn got chicken . complained said that when i ordered another i could have meal free ! what a joke they said did not know anything about. That if i ordered a meal they knock some off what a joke !! i went to pay offered my debit card tried to charge me 50p for use of card told them to forget it and walked out there attitude stinks !! Got home checked price they was going to charge me did not even knock 1p off bill like they said , would not mind but i never complain unless something is wrong and believe me that was plus both meals i have were tasteless . never use them again . rubbish service waited 1 hour 15 mins told 40 mins complete joke !!

Ordered food, told would be around 45 minutes. After an hour I rang back, to be told they were waiting on driver to deliver our meals..didn't know our address though as didn't ask it. 1 hour 20 minutes, rang again. This time told driver was on way, I asked to what address, to confirm it was our order. Told, on way where? On way then hung up. Very poor service. Have used this takeaway for a very long time, usually very good. Always this same problem if ordering direct and not via just eat!

We ordered from here and the service was very slow. The main issue was that they forgot something on our order and when I rang they told me it would be delivered out to me straight away. They didn't bring what they missed and ignored the phone when I rang again. I though this was very rude! Terrible service nobody should not get what they paid for! Food wasn't amazing very basic.

Decent food but they always shut early! We ordered online and not received our order! Ordered at 2216 and they shut at 2230! Last time they forgot our curry sauce which is a big deal to our order! We had to collect that our selves! Poor service overall!

Ordered numerous times from this Chinese. Initially impressed with quality, service, delivery and choice however has been on a slippery slope tor months.Waited over an hour tonight for delivery to have old rice and a meal that hasn’t properly been cooked.Refused refund over the phone. Poor customer service. Will NOT be ordering again.Old fried rice. A vegetevale dish where the veg has literally been put into the sauce and boxed - not cooked or even stir fried literally chopped up raw and out in the box. Almost 25 for an old undercooked meal.
