marsden house is a great place for first year student!! the social aspect of the accommodation is great, you'll meet loads of new people from every aspect of life. The reception team are incredible, they go above and beyond!! I would highly recommend this accommodation for any uni student. The veiws from the top floors are a bonus too !!

Great accommodation, clean rooms and friendly staff. Helpful in any maintenance issues, with many social events held as well. Have been having great conversations with Beth on football matches and catch ups

Having just come to the UK, I can honestly say that Marsden House became a home away from home for me.Amazing staff that prioritizes problem solving, clean premises, well-equipped gym and centrally placed so that it’s not too far away from everything.I’d definitely recommend to a friend.

I lived at Marsden House this year, and it was an amazing experience. The games room and gym were so cool—I spent many hours there. The people at the front desk were always super friendly, especially the girl with the fringe who was really nice and helpful. My room was big and quiet, and having my own bathroom was a bonus. I'd definitely give Marsden House a perfect 10 out of 10!

Brilliant accommodation. The staff were so friendly, I’ll miss Karen and Emma. They were so kind and helpful so big thanks to them. Would definitely recommend!
