We recently moved to a new build in Callington after nearly a year of chain ups and downs. Sam, who was looking after our move for Bradleys was extremely helpful throughout. She found out what was happening in the chain and kept us informed when others were getting no information and during the more difficult periods she knew when to push and when to hold off , a difficult balance to strike and she did it very well. We are grateful for the interest she took in our move and for acting as an intermediary between us and the developer in moments when the sale was faltering due to chain problems.All in all she represented Bradleys in a thoroughly professional and human way and with the support of Jeanette and Amber who both showed us round on our visits our overall experience of Bradley’s as buyers is excellent.
