Kind Minds Counselling
I didn’t know what to expect when I started my sessions with Paula, but at the end of my journey I feel like I’m a much stronger version of the real me. Paula’s support, friendly challenge and understanding helped me to be open and bring my whole self to this experience. Forget manicures or massages, this was the self care I needed.
