I've been coming here for around 6 weeks now, I've made heaps of progress with my fitness and mentality.A top and honest bloke, who will push you to your limits and get the goals you want to achieve. 100 hundred percent has time for anyone and knows how to treat people.Every session is always inspiring seeing all the people Bavs has trained over the years. Hearing all the stories he has to tell.Thank you, I would give more than 5 stars if I could, would not hesitate to recommend.
