We visited Caffè Nero two days ago ....the coffee shop is big and spacious, you can also work on your pc.The lady who served us was so rude tho, no smile, no thank you"..... Espresso con panna was £2.50 and she charged me £3.05.I've been to a lot of coffee shops and I'm so disappointed

Good place to hangout. Tried cappuccino and carrot cake. Loved the taste. Quite busy during weekends. Cozy and pet friendly place. Loved the vibe. Quick service. Accept cash or card. Must visit!!!!!

Compared with other coffee places, Nero's best point is to provide help-yourself water jugs and glass cups. This is really useful.

15 + mins in a queue just now. 3 staff on, only one serving with a long queue and lots of customers giving up and leaving to get their coffee elsewhere. Cafe Nero have always been a cut above for us, but not their Leamington Store. One to avoid tbh

I have been coming here for ages and I love the manger women with glasses always dose a proper job, but this new girl with very short hair is not making coffee nice and people are leaving the ques because she is so slow at making them- something needs to be done!

Great service today from the staff in Nero.Barista Trainees were in good form and the customer service from the Trainer was excellent.Chains don’t always get the positive feedback so here you go.Great De Caf Coconut Cappuccino!!

The vegan sandwich tasted really good. The place is not very big, especially if you want to work quietly. Less rush in the afternoons but otherwise it's mostly filled with people as it's on the main street. It has also got a restroom within it.

Nice and cosy place. It's quieter in the mornings and the tables upstairs are a pleasant place to chill. The staff are friendly. Coffee and cakes are what you'd expect from a Caffè Nero.
