A smaller B and Q store, which lacks some of the variety of stock at larger stores. This is not inherently a problem for quick visits, but you should get in the habit of checking stock availability on the website if you are looking for a specific product.The signage in the store could be improved, and better consideration needs to be given to some of the end of aisle" type products - these are often not in intuitive locations

Popped in to get some winter bedding plants for our school. Dale in the garden centre provided excellent, cheery service. All the plants were in good condition (well watered) and reasonable prices. Would recommend!

This store is not large and therefore the product range is not as extensive as you might hope. However, we had the pleasure of being served by a lady in the bathroom/kitchen showroom area today whilst choosing a sink tap for our kitchen. Honestly, we could not fault the customer service (I am only sorry we didn't get her name so as to mention her specifically here). This type of service is what the country needs.

Ordered a product for click and collect but was given incorrect item when I arrived in store. The item I ordered was out of stock. Staff unhelpful and unapologetic. Management unprofessional. Useless!

Popped in today to try and match floor beading and a threshold to match my flooring, although they didn’t have anything to match the Karen the lady who served me went above and beyond to try and find suitable products on the shelf and also on line.Thank you Karen

Very polite young assistant, unfortunately they did not have exactly what I wanted but it was a pleasant experience instead of the usual search for anyone who knew anything - generally unsuccessfully!

Only 3 stars because Thier prices are not competitive I find compared to Toolstation, for example, I needed a drill bit to drill a hole through a metal plate ,B & Q I found a pack of 2 for £7.00 Toolstation a complete set £9.00 of the same quality, also the price of their nuts and bolts are getting expensive compared to other stores overall I am finding B&Q more expensive on most items
