My husband and I just recently moved to Aberdeen. We were looking for a launderette but couldn’t find one with proper service and payment options. We googled and found Speedy washes just here on Baker St. funny enough they accept Visa, Amex & Apple Pay which is soooo convenient for us as we don’t usually have all around with cash neither could we find cash or coins really in Aberdeen. The service staff is so friendly and welcoming. We will definitely be back and would highly encourage everyone to use here.We also recommend speedy updating their website if they haven’t to say what payment options are accepted. That’d save you alot too. Otherwise we are happy with it here.

Visited Speedy Washes this morning and experienced an excellent level of service from Kerry. She was very professional and explained everything….in fact she dealt with all my requirements suggesting we just leave everything in her hands and come back in a couple of hours, which we did. On our return she had everything ready for us to take away. Thank you so much Kerry, we will be back.

Lovely store. Very helpful and polite staff! Great place for tourists to wash if your guest house has no clothes washing facilities. Washing machines are modern, efficient, clean! No more melted delicates! The owner also does pick up drop off services! Recommended!

Love this laundromat!! We were greeted when we entered and asked if we wanted tea or coffee. There was a comfy waiting area with pillows or they offered to transfer our clothes to the dryer for us if the washing finished while we were out. Great prices and our clothes were fresh and clean

Highly recommended! Went to speedy washes twice now! Very easy to use and reliable especially for heavy loads! 6 pounds for the washer and 4 pounds for the dryer. The owner is very friendly and if you have any questions on how to use the machine, she will show you and guide you! Even offered tea and coffee for long waits! There is also a service wash but I have yet to use it just yet!

Highly recommend this place. I phoned on the Thursday, a lovely lady came and picked 2 bags of washing, and dropped it off on Friday evening, and it only cost £29, delivery included. Excellent service. Will definitely be back
