Staff are lovely and friendly and maybe I just got the wrong person on the wrong day. However I do have to question the experience of some stylists. Went in with short pixie hair that just needed a trim and tidy. Ended up with a completely different cut that grew unevenly and messy, not happy at all. I did ring the salon who offered to correct the mistake but decided to go to my regular hairdressers instead. If anyone knows about short hair, the only way to correct a big mistake is by growing it out and starting again.On the flip side I saw a woman before me, with long hair, get a beautiful cut from the same stylist, and I was really impressed. I would suggest that the salon brings all stylists up to par with their skills in dealing with all the different types of hairstyles and not just long hair.

Came here expecting to get some great curtain bangs. I left the shop happy as my hair was diffused lovely even though I thought it was odd that the bangs weren’t styled. It’s only since then I’ve realised how uneven and badly cut it is. Used to go to the branch in Worcester for a regular trim and I always loved the standard there. Feeling pretty unhappy as I paid £57 in total for cut and blow dry with bangs and this was the result.

I decided to go from very long hair to a pixie cut! I’ve been thinking about it for years but never had the courage to take the step! Caitlin took her time talked me through it, listened to my thoughts as she went along and supported me throughout. She did a fantastic job, thanks for again!

I always hated going to a salon, in fact I hadn’t been for 15 years, my daughter cut my hair. When she moved away, my sister recommended Ryan at Toni & Guy. I love going now, I enjoy the experience. I feel welcomed, relaxed and I know I’m in expert hands. My hair looks fab! Thank you, I’m happy.

I’ve had my hair cut here for a while now. Ryan always does a good job. I travel 45 mins each way I’m that happy with the service I get. All the staff are friendly and accommodating. Having always been to traditional barbers in the area for years, not listened to, and coming away with a haircut I didn’t want, I really appreciate Ryan’s enthusiasm, skillset and professionalism. Glad I took the plunge to try Toni and Guy. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a proper haircut.
