I cannot speak highly enough about this business. The owner & his team are friendly, professional & knowledgeable. We seem to have had a bit of a run of punctures lately & they are always swift to help us. They also go above & beyond...on the morning of a long road trip last year we had an issue with one of our car doors. We drove straight to the garage & they fixed the issue, straight away...& for free! They value their customers' loyalty & we value their honest & professional service. Thank you.

I had my car mot and service carried out and some minor scratch repairs to front bumper. I am very happy with the services and the price was very reasonable as well. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone...

Great garage - the owner is very friendly and straightforward. The issue with my vehicle was harder than initially thought to fix but the guys took everything apart to have a proper look and put it all back while refusing to take any payment, despite having spent almost an hour on it. Receptionist Rita very helpful too!

Car died yesterday, got a recovery truck to drop it outside. The team found a way to fit in today and fix it so I didn’t miss my holiday tomorrow!Been coming here for nearly 5 years, best car garage I’ve ever been to. They look after you like family.

Amazing mechanic. Called multiple garages and they wouldn't fit the spring retainer into my head lamp (as I needed it for my MOT retest) and he did it within the hour for me as well as check if I would pass all the things I failed in my MOT, for free! Excellent customer service, would defo recommend!

Used them three times, always super helpful and at fair price! Best experience: my car (BMW 118i 2007) had an injector problem, the owner of the Garage took the engine apart, identified the 1 injector not working and changed only that one. Prior to this I had brought the car to a BMW official garage and they told me that on old Series 1 they couldn’t identify what injector didn’t work and I had to change all of them, spending four times as much. Kilburn Garage saved me a good bunch of money and was very polite in the process! Ps this happened 2 years ago and car has run great ever since. They are my go to MOT garage now.

Poor mechanic,dodgy,I went in there with my Mercedes with starting problem. Guy called Asad tells me its the timing belt,guy does the timing belt after a week am still having the same problem. My rocker gasket was gone too guy tells me I fixed it,when I service my car to a genuine mechanic asad didn't even touch it as I still had oil leak in the spark plugs component. So I went back to him as he charged me 1500 for all the faults. Guy say its a plug I will change. After changing the plug car still had starting issues. I lost faith in these people so went to mecedes,charged me 3000 but did a fantastic job.mercedes found the fault and stated it was the stop start system which had an issue. Went back to Asad for some sort of refund,guy did not want to hear it. Imagine spending 1500 on nothing,it hurts.
