I’ve worked for special care services for almost 3 years now I couldn’t see myself working anywhere else. The management are very supportive in both work related and personal issues and always help out wherever they can. The job at times can be stressful but is also very rewarding. I enjoy visiting service users in their own homes as it gives you your independenance and no day is ever the same. I would recommend working for this company as it gives a more personal and caring approach to the services they offer and they are very understanding and supportive to their staff.
