Holiday Extras Parking

No problems using this facility. Easy to find, dropped the car and keys and was taken to airport straight away. On the return journey, phoned them and the bus turned up about 10-15 minutes later, back to the car which was waiting at the front of the building.Only thing I could possibly complain about was that although we were told to wait at Stop 7 to be collected on the return trip, driver stopped at Stop 8 and its only because we wandered up to 8 that we saw it was the right minibus. Driver was a bit grouchy, but it was about 1am, and didn't offer to put our cases in the minibus so we did it ourselves. However, clearly he had got over himself by the time we got to Copthall because he was a bit less grouchy and got the cases out for us! Perhaps he was just not a night person!!I will use again because it was so easy. Thank you

Service seems to have improved from 'not bad' to 'quite good' with regular buses and efficient, friendly staff (rather than customer service drones). Car valeting is a good idea and was carried out well – more expensively than a roadside job but not unreasonable given the convenience of such a service. One curious thing: on pick-up my trip counter had been reset to zero. Make of that what you will.

Overall the price was good and quick transportation to the terminal. Finding the location was not easy and when I put the postal code it took me to Hotel which was not the best when you are almost late for a flight and could be stressful.The parking was very organized and marked so easy to find the car again.We were a bit confused when it did not read our license plate in and out but the staff were very calm and helpful.

Very pleased with the service provided both with the greet and meet aspects of our holiday. The drivers who we dealt with were polite, articulate and helpful. We have used meet and greet services extensively over several years and this was the first time when the driver actually had our car ready for us when we arrived in the designated parking zone with our luggage - it saved so much time with no hanging around at the start of journey home. Highly recommended!

Easy to park and regular buses to the airport terminal; the return journey and collection was also speedy and simple. Price was competitive. The only criticism I have is that I was not warned beforehand to remove all keys from the key ring and handover only the car key. This slowed down the process (for me) a little.

Very Good service again from Holiday Extras. Usually cheaper than all other parking providers. Customer service on the phone was excellent after I messed up our arrival/departure times.Our experience at the North Terminal Summer Special was not so brilliant. Our car was returned with a few new scratches and the way some of the expensive cars we're being driven around the compound by staff was awful. One nearly took the side off my car after he took a corner too quick in a very smart Range Rover. Wouldn't trust them at all.Would I use holiday extras again? Absolutley. Would I use North Terminal Summer Special again? Absolutely Not

Parked up smoothly jetted off to warmer climates as planned. However, we needed to return a week early due to a family bereavement and therefore had to liaise from abroad to arrange this. This was all done simply and on our arrival the car was ready without fuss. Very happy with the service and at an excellent price too - even for only 6 days it turned out!

Dropping off and picking up your car is simple. Things went silky smooth as they promote it. However, their help lines/calling desks could be open longer.My flight got cancelled and thus couldn't make it back to the car at the date i had booked it for. So i tried to call and explain the situation, however they were unreachable. this was a let down. however it only set me back 10 pounds.

Found the car drop off location easily enough and into North Terminal through the hotel quickly.Despite trying to make sure we remembered how to get back on our return we took a while to get to the correct floor (1st) as the hotel signs on the lifts are tiny.The lift one floor down from the hotel to the parking area was broken but they had extra people on hand to lug our bags down the stairs and it was a bit chaotic when we went to collect our keys as a bus load of drivers arrived to take cars away at the same time.Despite this our car was there and we managed to get on the road pretty quickly and would use the service again.

This has been a very pleasant surprise.Leaving the car was easy and streamlined process with very easy access to Gatwick's North terminal. Collecting the car was so much quicker (and even a bit cheaper) than any other long-term parking option we have ever tried. The service was courteous and efficient. We could even opt to have the car valeted while we were away, if we'd wanted. I would recommend this and will definitely try it again next time we travel.
