I've been wanting to try this place out for a while, and once I did, I was blown away: amazing homemade Trinidadian food. The portions are very generous; we had plenty left for a delicious lunch the following day. Simply the tastiest Carribean food I've ever had. The food had the perfect balance of heat and flavour. We had goat curry, brown chicken stew, chickpea and potato roti, and black beans. Shelly was very friendly and had a lovely chat with her when she delivered the food. The food arrived steaming hot - obviously made fresh to order! I wholeheartedly recommend herbs and spice kitchen to anyone after a really good meal from a small independent business. I will be ordering again and again :-)

Incredible food! Pre ordered the chicken curry with rice, plantain, mac n cheese and veg which was delivered on the dot of my requested booked time. The chicken curry had a great kick to it, and just fell off the bone. The plantain was cooked to perfection and the mac n cheese was very good too.My wife who has been very meh about many Caribbean take away restaurants (she’s grown up on her mum’s cooking) was extremely complimentary and happy with her food as well.Our area is in need of a good and proper Caribbean food option and we’ve finally found one! We will definitely be ordering from Herbs & Spices again!
