This is an obvious mecca for hifi enthusiasts.I randomly visited with some chord cables to check authenticity on some and a service on my speaker cables. I also had some questions re a humming noise and everyone got involved with the MD finishing it all off. What a bunch of legends. I'm sure they'd prefer an appointment to be made but non the less they do what they can.Note this company do not sell to the public, I've just made a large order through FutureShop.Chord Company is one of those companies that do everything the right way and with honourable etiquette. It's one of the few companies in the world that I wish I could say that I worked at.

OMG just love these guys cables i got usb & some XLR's amazing this is the place ill be going all the time. Cant say enough amazing.Waiting for my 3rd cable next week i did have listen to it from the Listening Suit in Dublin again OMG can wait

Chord Co Ltd cables really do matter and make a difference in both of the areas I have bought them for - connecting a turntable (it really was Epic) and connecting a guitar to an amplifier (the Cream cable of the crop!).

I use Chord Company Cream Instrument Cable on every gig I play, jack to jack for instruments and XLR for microphones. I can't fault them. They are highly durable and sound super clear. I bought my first one in 2007. It still comes out to most of my gigs. No messing about replacing broken cheap cables that would have cost more than buying a quality cable in the first place.I have received great customer service from www.thedenkeighley.co.ukNeil is a top guy to deal with. Honest and straightforward.Well done Chord for making great stuff. I use their hifi interconnects too.
