Was attended by an amazing staff called Felix. Provided insights and knowledge to aid my purchase. Really happy and impressed by the standards of service here. Do look for him if you can.

Went in last minute as I was only in Edinburgh for the day and didn’t plan on buying much. I noticed that the sales lady was a little busy so I went around other shops but ended up back at Coach.I just wanted to put a review just because the sales lady there was so sweet and helpful, me and my mum ended up buying more than what we came for!! Definitely will be coming back

It was my daughter’s birthday and we were served by Michael who couldn’t have been more helpful. We received excellent service and my daughter loves her new bag. Highly recommend for both the service, friendliness of the staff and the quality of the products.

Have just bought a beautiful bag from here and was so impressed with how helpful, friendly and knowledgeable the lady serving me was. She made it an absolute pleasure being in the store and I hope Coach appreciate what a fantastic member of staff they have.

I visited this store with intent of purchasing a personalised tag. I wasn't disappointed. An sale assistant named Michael took his time and care ,to help me produce a beautiful tag. It will be proudly hang off my Coach bag.

Wife and daughter went hand bag shopping yesterday to Multrees Walk. She had short listed Coach as one of the brands. She didn't buy as NONE of the 3 available staff on duty even acknowledged them being in the shop. There's way too much choice in this day and age that staff think they can do this to customers.
