Worst service you could receive. We moved from an area where you could call and get a same day appointment. Now here you call at 8am on the dot when the lines open and you 15 or so in the queue. There’s an online form option but it’s only available for the first few hours of the day then you have to wait till the next day. What a carry on to try and get an appointment. No wonder people get diagnosed too late.

This surgery has got to be the worst in the WORLD, reception rude and unhelpful. Appointments are none existent, no the wonder hospitals are overcrowded, stay away, register elsewhere

Unbelievable doctors surgery.Cant get an appointment on the phone and face to face ones are golden!They cancel appointments and don't even give you an alternative, although we've waited 3 weeks for an actual appointment. Receptionist change there rules daily and doctors are leaving left, right and centre.Don't recommend at all.

My appointment got cancelled 3 times from them setting me up with someone who can’t even do the thing I was booked in for. They were very rude about it then said they can’t do it anymore

I was a patient at this practice from infancy until my late twenties, and unfortunately, I cannot recommend it based on my experiences.One of the most frustrating aspects of this practice is the extreme gatekeeping by the reception staff. It feels as though they put up numerous barriers to accessing care, making it incredibly difficult to get an appointment. Ringing up at 8 am, when the phone lines open, seems pointless because, without fail, all the available appointments are gone within minutes, usually by 10 past. This has left me and many others feeling helpless and unheard.In summary, while there may be some good doctors at this practice, the extreme gatekeeping, difficulty in securing appointments, and the poor attitude towards mental health make it impossible for me to recommend this practice to others. Access to healthcare should be a basic right, and it's disheartening to see these barriers in place.

Worst Medical Centre in Sunderland. You call 8am to get appointment, wait 40 min in line and then they told you there is no more appointments. Always is the same story. You have to be very lucky to see the doctor. Also always when I pass by there is no one inside is always empty in waiting room. What are they doing there ? NOT RECOMMENDED THIS PLACE

Absolutely ridiculous system to see a doctor first calling at 8 am to wait over 40mins to talk to receptionist just to be told have to fill in a consultation form first for the doctor to call you to actually get a appointment, why can’t patients just call up to make an appointment anymore , people who don’t feel well don’t want all this hassle to see it doctor should be making it easier no harder to make appointments

I am a 71 year old gentleman..that goes to Portugal for 3 months twice a year.So I need my medication. I rang on Monday to book my meds, giving lots of lead up time. I do this every year without a problem.I was told I need to show proof of holiday booking.This is rubbish . I feel I am been called a liar and have now to go out of my way to verify my holiday. And then travel to pharmacy again to pick up meds.This is a ridiculous situation.I am fuming as I get 13 months of medication every year. It should be so easy for them to confirm.Fred Cornell. .

My daughter has had on going problems with uti it has been going on for a few years now I’m worried sick that it is something serious she went to see doctor yesterday to be given another course of antibiotics. They also gave her a number to phone for a scan on her kidneys she phoned the hospital and was told she couldn’t just book scan the doctors had to do it. I feel like they are missing the big picture and neglecting my daughter. I’m also at this surgery and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone !
