Carpets 4 Less

Very quick to take my money on 2 occasions but flatly refused to help me when there was an issue with the flooring. I had a carpet and laminate divide and the carpet kept coming out from under the divide bar This is because they failed to use a z~bar divider and just used a threshold strip which would never have been suitable for the job!!!!!! they claim the carpet got wet and this was why……. Not possible safe to say I will never give them my custom again and I resolved the problem by moving the divide bar myself. Did a better job than they ever could. Although not perfect there is no carpet coming out from under the bar .Avoid at all costs!!!!!!!!

Walked in to the store this evening with the view of purchasing a new carpet and having some questions answered. I was ‘greeted’ at the door and looked up and down. The sales person then huffed and went and sat at his desk and completely ignored me. I was the only person in the shop and he didn’t even acknowledge I was there, let alone ask if he could help with anything. Very clearly didn’t want my business. I decided to walk out the store and was completely ignored again. I’ll spend my hard earned money elsewhere.

Honest and to the point customer service! We wanted some new carpets for a flat we're renovating in the area as a rental. The sales staff were completely honest with us of what was good, what was durable and what would fit within our budget and last long enough. They even helped find some leftover pieces to help cut the cost for the flooring in the hallway and bathroom. Really appreciated all the work they did and will recommend to all. The fitters were polite and really hard working and double checked everything. Thanks guys for helping us out and doing such a great job.

Great service, Paul in the store is fantastic. Always a laugh and helpful, plus he knows his stuff. I always return here when needed. The installer was very good too, needed to be out when he came but that wasn't a problem.

Fantastic customer service.After having a poor customer service experience at a national carpet company, me and my partner decided to visit Carpets4Less.As soon as we arrived, we were greeted by Paul who has keen to show us what laminate flooring they had in stock. We spent a lot of time going over in detail the different options of laminate, underlay and scotia. We were given a price but decided to have a think and sleep on it.We went back the next day and Paul was very helpful with answering any further questions we had. We have ended up with a better quality laminate and underlay than the national company had offered.The team at Carpets4Less gave us an excellent personalised service to rival any of the national companies. I would definitely use them again.

Paul and Danny were great from the off. Very knowledgeable & approachable and very helpful with the co-ordination required for the job. The fitters also did an amazing job. Super happy with this company - I originally used them years ago and will use them again in the future. Paul and Danny went out of their way to make the job run smoothly. Many thanks.

I have previously purchased carpet from Carpets 4 Less Bedford, it made sense to return as I had great customer service. I was made very welcome by Danny, he acknowledged me as I entered the showroom, allowed me time to browse and answered any questions I had. I left having purchased carpet but needed more time to decide on the bathroom and also speak with the plumber.I returned on the Monday to finalise my decision and both Danny & Paul helped me as I needed flooring ordered as quickly as possible. I would now need the plumber to down tools so, it was vital the order and fitting could be fulfilled within the timeframe. We were in the middle of discussing the requirements, when a middle aged man in blue entered the showroom and thrust some paperwork across the desk, interrupting our conversation. At no point did he smile and say excuse me, introduce himself or even speak an acknowledgement to either of the members of staff serving me. Once he left I asked who he was - imagine my surprise when I was told he was, 'The Boss'! Honestly, learning this I felt reluctant to continue with the purchase, I do not wish to line the pockets of someone so rude! I explained my feelings and to the credit of Danny & Paul they talked me round. It was for their efforts, their time and their customer care I made the further purchase. I am thrilled to say the fitter, James, came and fitted a beautiful wooden floor on his day off - a fantastic finale that completed my customer experience of the staff on the shop floor at Carpets 4 Less, Thank you!I hope very much that the owner reads this review - value your staff please, it is because of your staff that you have a successful store; never underestimate their worth.It costs nothing to be kind and exchange pleasantries, it is what makes the world a nicer place.

I have had no problems with carpets for less Bedford. We went in last weekend and Danny was helpful with what we wanted (we already new what we wanted so just had to get it priced and then ordered really). He explained everything that we needed to know. Yesterday Paul phoned to tell us that the carpet was in and we made a date for fitting, which is all within 2 weeks. We can’t complain at that. Paul was great, happy and friendly. No complaintsThe only reason only 4 stars is because we didn’t have any help choosing a carpet!

Went in today to buy a carpet. I last used this branch about a year ago to have my landings, stairs and hall carpeted and wanted the same carpet to match for a different room. We were served by Paul who was super friendly and made some enquiries to find out what we had ordered last time. Sorted us out immediately and carpet ordered. He was extremely helpful, very informative and a pleasure to deal with. Thank you so much and I can highly recommend using this company.
