Rusholme Place
This place is well past it's sell by date.Looking around the insides, I feel sorry for the students that had to endure staying here when the place was open.

the kitchen was not clean. Housekeeping staff doesn’t understand the request. Also no cleaning happens everyday. Bed is also not comfy

Great location, friendly and helpful staff that organize fun events throughout the year. Very secure building too with some great views of the peak district if you are on the top floors.The only negative is that the price is a bit high for some room types when compared to other similar accomodation (would recommend booking early too as prices can increase)

The kitchen is dirty and out-dated, and the room is small, the carpet is really really dirty. The reception is useless cuz they never fix anything, the bathroom is awful.

Nice place to settle in. Warm and kind greeting from reception. Love this place as a Chinese student. Not far away from the Lidl, which is a good market for shopping. Not far away from the University of Manchester. Quiet.

For the price the rooms were poor and out-dated, kitchen space limited but reception staff and security were really lovely. For the price it is generally poor value.

I have lived year for the last 2 academic year. Really nice friendly staff on site, being an international student I felt safe in the accommodation. Prices are a little steep and I wish there was a discount at least for those who are renting year after year (me :( ).. cos I don’t wanna leave this place still have to consider since even the cheapest flats are around 6700 annually.. if it were somewhere around 5000, it would be a dream! But i loved to live here
