Catrina was the loviest lady ever. She explained everything so well and in detail. She made my day so much better the best nurse I've ever had. Nicest lady ever.

Receptionists are extremely rude and I constantly hear them talk badly about other patients when I phone up to make an appointment and when I'm in the waiting area.When booking appointments for blood test results they always book over a month away, no matter how bad your symptoms are.My husband has type 1 diabetes and a lot of other health problems. They are constantly messing him around for diagnosis, tests and results. They simply do not care.This practise should be shut down immediately.

I’ve been going to this surgery for years the staff have always been very helpful and I’ve never had a problem with any of the doctors or nurses you do have to wait for someone to answer the phone in a morning but it’s the same at any surgery they work very hard and I have nothing but praise for them maybe the people who moan about the service should move somewhere else.

Reading the reviews (the ones I could decipher) I am quite surprised as I have never had a problem with the receptionists or most of the doctors here, and I have been a patient since birth .Frankly, I think the receptionists must have the patience of Saints to put up with the entitled , demanding patients that I often witness in the surgery.

Terrible doctors. I’ve been calling every month since January with the same I’m going issues and still no further with finding out what the issue is. Routine appointments are offered but for 3months + time, absolutely ridiculous.

This is the Worse gp ever you can be registered with. Rude receptionist they refused me to help me. I’ve been waiting over a month for my medication but they keep loosing letters that’s been prescribed from hospital and been sent over to them. Stay away from this gp.
