Roadside recovery, two youngsters from RF Ltd, supremely competent and professional. Miserable weather, awkward location, the boys worked quickly whilst exercising a degree of traffic control. I was immediately reassured that life was about to get better. Faultless service - thank you.

I do not recommend. I wasted £300. The problems were still the same, squeaks from the shock absorbers. Bearings replaced, problem still persists. I was told to use wd40 after replacing the bearings. Nissan service found incorrectly installed shock absorbers. Waste of money

My Wife and I were in a spot of bother when my Brake Pads and discs went on a 200 mile trip to Longleat, on our arrival we had RAC come check the car, he not only booked us in here, but offered to help, try as they might they would not get this repair done in time. The 2 ladies on reception this day were absolute stars, giving us countless taxi numbers, all of whom were either useless or out of business. Once they knew we would have no other way out of this situation, they found a courtesy car that was due to have a minor service for us to use, which saved our long planned weekend, and let us do everything we planned. I can not say enough gratitude for how helpful this garage was, and the cost was minimal to. If you are ever in need in this area Ricky Fenby is the place to go.

They basically scammed me! .I had a slow leak in one of my tires so I booked in to have it looked at. They charged £28 for a tyre repair so I assumed they would do a proper repair and patch the tyre from the inside. I dropped it off just as they opened and was told it would be done by midday and they would call when it's ready. It gets to 4:45 pm and still haven't heard anything so I stop in to see if they had any updates, and apparently it was just don't they just need to do the paper work. So I wait around while they do that and pay for the repair. I get in my car and the tyre is on 8 psi completely flat (they obviously didn't bother checking after their Repair". I go back in and explain and a mechanic comes out to look at it again

Had an emergency in heavy rain with windscreen wipers not working and pulled in on the off chance of some assistance and the team were extremely helpful. They identified the issue, called around to source a replacement part and squeezed us in as a priority as we had a 6 hour journey to complete.They were absolutely fabulous!

Hired a LWB van from Ricky Fenby, the van was immaculate unlike most hire vans that I have hired in the past from other hire companies.Being Long wheel base and high top it was exactly the right size for the move, and lovely to drive.Had the van for the weekend, refuelled and returned. Very easy process.Highly recommended.

Purchased a VW Transporter 6.1 from these guys. It was a really simple transaction from start to finish. Communication was great and not overly complicated. The vehicle was MOT'd and serviced prior to collection, as discussed and agreed. There were no pushy sales personnel, just pleasant people who were interested in helping you if you had any queries or concerns. A good honest company in my opinion, I would not hesitate to do business with in the future.
