Was recommended West Town by my doctors and Family members as i was having issues with the last chemist for years. Since moving my repeats to West Town I have had nothing but Fast, Professional service from The management and staff onsite and also the drivers. They always make you feel welcome and add that personal touch, They order and Deliver both my wife's and my medication hassle-free each month. Keep up the good work and i would Recommend West Town to anyone with or without mobility problems.

Very bad slow service some of the managements attitude is unprofessional. Caused a lot of distress to me after my medication went missing on the way to me from them. If I could vote no stars I would.

Generally good prompt service with helpful staff. They do my regular prescriptions for me and I have never had a problem. The shop is well stocked and if they don't have an item in the shop they will order for you and it will come the next day. They do my flu vaccine every year and also do travel vaccines. This chemist really is an asset to the local area and it was the only pharmacy in Peterborough that you could buy Calpol just before the first lockdown in 2020 and they did not push the price up.

This Chemist is rubbish services they say the person who delivers it will drop it of but they never come in time always delay I do not recommend this chemist.

This pharmacy is excellent. They manage my repeats, deliver quickly and their opening hours are good. The staff are exceptional. Knowledgeable, courteous and efficient. If something is urgent I get same day delivery.

The chemist looks after my mum’s prescription. They are so patient with all the different requests for medication. Staff remember your name and nothing is too much trouble. Great staff great service

After using west town for many years with great service the last 6-7 months I’ve had nothing but problems. I have to have blister packs and I’m now having to ring up and chase them.I get promised that they’ll send them out straight away but I still don’t get them. I have to ring and nag till I get them then there’s often items missing.
