Can't recommend highly enough. Fast shipping, great communication & they even gave me a free belt.I ordered 5 pairs of FXD trousers, I called up after a couple of days as they hadn't arrived. The phone was awnserd immediately and I actually spoke to a person, he was really helpful, the trousers arrived three days later and included a free belt.Can't recommend this company enough, they were the best on price from my research as well. Rare to get a good price and great customer service!! 10/10

Started off ok, then my boots failed me and i had issues with my legs and feet! Cronic pain! All around the 6 month area, Refused to believe the boots were faulty and would not do anything and then after a fuss offered a replacement or store credit! Which all i wanted was a refund to go buy better boots (dewalts) they said its out of warranty and cofra would not even bother with it!Ended up getting items of clothing but now told to shop else where and they wont reply to my concerns about the boots! This could be a batch issue yet cofra and AI dont seem to care about peoples health issues as long as they get paid.Way to go AI yet another UK company that shows lack of customer service and no aftersales care when an issue arrises!

I received excellent customer service from Jo and Mark. I needed to get a larger size of safety shoe and the replacement was fast and efficient. I ordered two pairs of Cofra safety shoes - both of which are really brilliant! I’ll be returning for other safety gear as and when I need it! I would definitely recommend AI.
